CSA\’s Philadelphia office just completed the total construction of the $50 million Commodore John Barry Elementary School. The facility design was performed following LEED’s Green Building Design concepts and received a Gold Certification. The school’s opening ceremony was held on September 4, 2008 and the event was covered by local television channels. CSA’s involvement in the project comprised all engineering design work, including civil, structural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical disciplines.

A great achievement from Philadelphia as this is a signature project for CSA.
