The Puerto Rico Ports Authority (PRPA) is improving the infrastructure that provides potable water to the cruise ships at the Pan American Terminal. CSA is providing professional services, including a data gathering study to determine the actual needs of the cruise ships docking at the Pan American Terminal. After evaluating and analyzing data gathered, then a hydraulic model would be prepared to determine the required infrastructure.

To properly assess the available water resources in the area and how to provide it, CSA is coordinating with the PR Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, PRPA and all government agencies involved, to determine the most effective way to provide the level of service required. After obtaining the preliminary approval from the PRPA and PRASA, a schematic plan with a possible alternative for improving the supply of potable water to the cruise ships will be prepared.

Upon completion, construction documents can be prepared and permits procured.
