Hurricane Wilma was a large and exceptionally intense hurricane that devastated portions of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula and Southern Florida, and the most intense tropical cyclone ever recorded in the Atlantic basin. Damage from Wilma was extensive and widespread over South Florida due to winds and flooding, causing widespread destruction of critical infrastructure, including power, water and sewer systems.

CSA provided Program Management; inspection and construction management services for the Hurricane Recovery Program for six counties in southwest and central Florida affected by Hurricane Wilma, and were responsible for handling all aspects of the recovery effort.
