Program Management and Administration

As a result of Hurricane Sandy, the privately gated Sea Gate community was devastated. After storm damage, houses sustained significant damage or were destroyed and the ’Lindy Park’ sea wall/bulkhead was demolished.

The municipality needed to create a Program Management structure redevelopment strategy moving forward and charter a specific future course for Sea Gate disaster solutions. As a subconsultant to HAKS we provided the following under the Program Management and Administration Scope:

  • Assessment and presentation to Sea Gate of processes, systems, software and staff organization.
  • Identification of program administration gaps required to ensure optimum outcomes and maximize funding requirements.
