The rehabilitation Project for the Puente de las Américas (Bridge of the Americas) consists of the execution of studies, investigations, designs and the calculations necessary to carry out the concrete slab and floor beams replacement, relocation of public utilities affected by modifications, rehabilitation of the metallic structure of the arch and other superstructure and substructure components. The project also included painting the bridge.

Our Team was responsible for the design of elements for repair of the superstructure, substructure, foundations and access ramp; rolling slab design; design of ancillary elements; drainage system design; design of stairways with access to all existing shafts; design of the system of traffic maintenance, including all traffic signalization; and the development of the Community Action Plan.
