This proposed mixed use development for Miami Beach is a unique approach to using two existing City owned parking sites. Lenox Plaza North and Lenox Plaza South were conceived by CSA Group as two connected sites joined by a sky bridge and a pedestrian focal point at street level. Located one block north of the world renowned commercial spine of Lincoln Road, both sites offer a great opportunity to transform and revitalize the existing North Lincoln Lane service alley into a vibrant pedestrian friendly street. We envisioned both properties as an extension of Lincoln Road, acting as the terminus point to the pedestrian experience from Michigan Avenue to Alton Road.

Each site was designed in full compliance with zoning regulations as standalone developments. All four corners of the pedestrian plaza would receive surface treatments and extensive landscape elements to embrace the pedestrian life that is so much part of Miami Beach. The proposed development contains 550 parking spaces, 60,000 sq. ft. of affordable retail space and 100 Residential Units, the first of its kind near Lincoln Road. The Architectural Modern style is derived from the local vernacular of Miami Beach but utilizing materials that are more transparent and elegant in nature. The package was prepared with the intent of pursuing a LEED Silver or Gold certification.
