Modernization Efforts

The Mercedita Terminal was built in the early ‘70’s and its physical condition required modernization of its installations for several key services such as air conditioning, roof waterproofing, security systems, public parking lighting, bathrooms, and other facilities.

CSA was engaged to evaluate building systems, identify requirements, assess code compliance and prepare a variety of construction documents and permit applications including:

  • Environmental Evaluation for Rehabilitation Project
  • Non Hazardous Solid Waste Permit
  • Asbestos Abatement Permit
  • Air Emission Source Permit for Fugitive Dist (PFE)
  • Endorsements
  • ARPE Construction Permit
