Engineering Review

Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) Facilities Master Plan, a ten-year building plan calls for construction of dozens of new school buildings and full renovation of many more to upgrade CPS' aging fleet of buildings. The $985-million, four-segment Facilities Master Plan calls for the replacement inadequate, deteriorating learning spaces with first-class school buildings for every CPS student and provides economic development and revitalization to all of the district's neighborhoods.

CSA, in a Joint Venture with 3DI, and working with two African-American owned small businesses, Sigma and ISI, is providing Cincinnati Public Schools project review, oversight of all phases of a $985m, 50 plus facilities capital improvement program to be completed in 9 years.

CSA Group was responsible for design reviews of all MEP and structural engineering of more than 20 new and renovated schools.

The $3.2 million contract started on January 2005. Basem Dow is the PM for CSA Group on this project.
