This proposed Mix-Use Development for Miami Beach has a unique approach to two existing City owned parking sites. The two lots offer a great opportunity to transform and activate the existing North Lincoln Lane service alley into a vibrant pedestrian friendly street. CSA Group has envisioned these as two connected sites joined by a sky bridge and a pedestrian focal point at street level. The proposed development contains 550 parking spaces, 60,000 ft2 of affordable retail space and 100 Residential Hotel Units, the first of its kind near Lincoln Road. Key elements of the design are the visually implied pedestrian Plaza embracing all of the four corners with surface treatment and extensive landscape elements, all in direct response to the pedestrian life that is so much part of Miami Beach. The project is aimed to achieve a LEED Silver or Gold certification at the completion of the project.
